My career started in 1979 with Coldwell Banker specializing in premium properties in coastal Orange County. Next was Beverly Hills American National, running REO Asset Mgmt. and turn-arounds of troubled developments
In 1985, I founded South Coast Financial Group in Orange County, CA
Beyond residential resale activities, SCFG provided Real Estate Loss Mitigation & Asset Management for institutional clients such as Citibank, Beverly Hills S&L, Home Savings, etc.
In addition, SCFG's Private Investors Division provided total real estate services and mortgage banking investments to high net-worth clients
After selling SCFG, I founded Premier Properties in the Palm Springs valley in 1998 and returned to my favorite part of the business - helping residential sellers and buyers achieve their goals.
